As this year draws to a close, I would like to wish the public and all the Mathmatecum members very happy holidays and a great new year! In remembering the purposes of the Mathmatecum: PASSIVE INCOME, LIFETIME INCOME, AND GENERATIONAL WEALTH – please follow these steps. First of course, if you haven’t already – join the Mathmatecum! Second arrange to save one hours pay weekly. Then work up to saving 10% of your weekly income. For the most financially fortunate among you 20% is the ideal.

FORMICALISM (the new socioeconomic system) keeps growing as more thought is given to it. The basis for this development is because there are too many complaints about our current systems and not enough proposed solutions. Here are some possible fixes.

Money is always the fuel that moves the economy and at present there exists a disparity of wealth that has not been seen for a good many generations. Equity demands that income taxes should be apportioned equally among all taxpayers. Therefore, there should be a flat tax for individuals and corporations on all income either earned or realized from investments.
There should be no deductions not even charitable ones. Steve Forbes proposed a 17% flat tax during his 1996 presidential campaign and that seems fair.

Government is at present being questioned as to its function and purpose globally. It would seem that simply stated government should have as its sole purpose the wellbeing of all its citizens. What it must provide is shelter, the means to acquire food, full medical, and dental care. Each individual shall be provided 300 square ft. of living space and will have a minimum wage that is legislated. Rent shall be no more than one week wage for the smallest living spaces. Social Security deductions should be paid 5% from employees and 5% from employers. There should be no cap on wages and 5% on all individual income. There should be a 15% estate tax and a 15% inheritance tax.

One man one vote is presently and should always be the law of the land. Government should pay for all permissible costs to run campaigns. There should be voting districts formed vertically North to South.

The Judiciary shall be appointed on an alternating party basis. Political parties need to be at least 5% of the population to be considered for appointments. Judicial terms will not exceed ten years.

I will not publish this blog again until after the new year.
