Aa much as I am critical and joke about the names of what new medicines are advertised on TV, I totally understand how difficult it is to make a new word. The very name “Mathmatecum” was not easy to construct. It was intended to canote the underlying principle of how the membership functioned. Now I’ve chosen what I believe to be the new word “FORMICALISM” to join the economic systems of capitalism, socialism, and communism. No surprise that there are fans of the three most talked about systems. Not one of these is anywhere near perfect by any means. My thought is to use their economics as a basis for a new politic going ahead into the future.
Certain concepts must be a foundation for going forward from where we are in time as a species. For me the idea that we are all created equal is paramount. No one person should be denied what the world has to offer. Acquiring those things should be left to each person’s ingenuity without fear or favor. Seems simple but yet so hard to attain. I propose that all governments should have as their aim the well-being of each member of society. I believe that each member of society should be obligated to help further that aim. To my way of thinking every individual should have shelter, food, and medical care. My specific ideas in this area will follow as time goes on and of course in future blogs.
Turning back to the Mathmatecum – today is 8/28/23! I would like to remind members that membership in the Mathmatecum must close on 8/31/41 unless fully subscribed before then. Membership is a finite number. Until it closes, talking about what ultimate payouts will be and for how many is impossible to even guestimate. I can say that if not another person joins between today and 8/31/41, a final distribution will exceed $16,000! Not bad for a maximum membership fee of $125.
